Have you recently no-clipped through reality and landed up in a never-ending yellow-looking building with its damp floors and mold smell? Then you’ve just landed in The Backrooms. This was a quick fun project that turned into so much more. At first I wanted to recreate The Backrooms and ended up with an awesome asset pack that is now on various digital marketplaces for others to create their own scene for a game or if you are looking to make your own video.
Then the company GCN requested I make a demo for them to showcase to clients. After a few weeks, I added some corporate friendly gameplay elements and ended up with a quick demo of The Backrooms. Anyone can access the game and play the demo on my itch.io page.
